"As we enter our third year of residence on Bainbridge Island, we wanted to take the time to thank you and your staff for your skilled and thoughtful construction of our home. As we all know, an enterprise of the nature of custom home building can be fraught with peril and make for misunderstandings, at least, and bitterness and lawsuits at worst.
We greatly appreciate your attention to detail -down to running a clean, quiet and efficient jobsite. We also appreciate the your ongoing concern with all the little things that go wrong during the "shakedown" period."
